The Firm has been dealing in Due Diligence and Title Search of properties (all commercial, residential, stand alone and mall properties).
We provide full legal support to startup companies in preparing their privacy policies and terms and conditions of usage of their websites, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Commercial Agreements etc.
We also prepare Letter of Credit for companies dealing in cross border trades and reseller agreements for companies dealing in resale of imported products or wiling to appoint resellers for sale of their product.
